Kepemilikan dan Penggunaan: Karya yang dipesan hanya untuk penggunaan pribadi. Penggunaan komersial perlu diskusi lebih lanjut. Karya ini tidak boleh digunakan untuk NFT atau AI.

Pembayaran: Pembayaran 50% di muka diperlukan sebelum sketsa dimulai. Sisanya 50% dibayarkan setelah karya selesai. Karya akhir tidak akan dikirim sampai pembayaran penuh diterima.

Hak Artist: Artist berhak menolak komisi jika merasa tidak nyaman atau kurang sesuai dengan kemampuan.

Kebijakan Pembatalan: Pesanan tidak bisa dibatalkan setelah sketsa kasar selesai.

Revisi: Ada 5 (lima) revisi gratis selama tahap sketsa. Revisi tambahan akan dikenakan biaya 10% per revisi. Revisi besar seperti perubahan konsep, desain karakter, atau detail pakaian akan dikenakan biaya hingga 100% dari harga keseluruhan komisi.

Waktu Pengerjaan: Karya akan selesai dalam 1-2 minggu. Diskon 30% akan diberikan jika artist tidak bisa memenuhi tenggat waktu tanpa pemberitahuan minimal 2 hari sebelumnya.

Antrian Kerja: Setiap komisi akan dikerjakan satu per satu, sesuai urutan penerimaan. Komisi Anda akan ditempatkan dalam daftar tunggu, dan waktu mulai serta penyelesaian akan bergantung pada beban kerja artist saat itu.

Spesifikasi Karya: Karya digital akan diberikan dengan ukuran 3000 x 4000px (28.5 x 35.7cm), resolusi 350 dpi dalam format file PNG dan JPG.

Referensi: Referensi lengkap diperlukan untuk komisi, termasuk gambar karakter dan pose yang diinginkan. Deskripsi teks saja tidak akan diterima.

Art Style: Artist hanya menerima komisi dalam art style mereka sendiri. Permintaan untuk art style berbeda atau meniru gaya artis lain tidak akan diterima. Silakan lihat portofolio artis untuk contoh karya mereka.

Detail Tambahan: Detail tambahan akan dikenakan biaya mulai dari 10% hingga 50% harga keseluruhan komisi.

Watermark dan Kredit: Watermark pada karya tidak boleh diedit, diubah, atau dihapus. Kredit yang tepat harus diberikan kepada @cdlbs__ (X) atau @cdlbs (IG) saat karya dipamerkan.

Komunikasi: Artist akan memberikan update regular tentang perkembangan karya. Jika tidak ada update selama 5 hari berturut-turut, silakan hubungi artist. Komunikasi dilakukan melalui pesan langsung atau email.

Kerahasiaan: Informasi sensitif yang dibagikan selama proses komisi akan dijaga kerahasiaannya oleh kedua belah pihak.

Hak Cipta: Artist tetap memegang hak cipta penuh atas komisi, termasuk hak untuk menampilkan karya tersebut untuk keperluan promosi. Jika klien meminta agar karya tetap bersifat pribadi, akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebesar 50% dari harga komisi.

Jaminan Kualitas: Artist menjamin bahwa karya yang dipesan akan berkualitas profesional dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi klien sebaik mungkin.

Tidak Boleh Diubah Tanpa Izin: Tidak diperbolehkan mengubah karya tanpa persetujuan dari artist.

Perubahan Setelah Selesai: Setiap perubahan pada karya setelah dikirimkan bisa dikenakan biaya tambahan dan harus disepakati oleh kedua pihak.

Pengiriman: Karya akhir akan dikirimkan secara digital melalui email dan G-Drive, kecuali ada kesepakatan lain.

Tanggung Jawab Klien: Klien bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan feedback yang jelas selama proses revisi dan merespons Komunikasi dengan cepat.

Refund Policy: Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

Ownership and Usage Restrictions: The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Any commercial use requires further discussion. The artwork cannot be used for NFT or AI purposes.

Payment Terms: A 50% upfront payment is required before the sketch begins. The remaining 50% is due once the artwork is complete. The final artwork will not be delivered until full payment is received.

Artist's Discretion: The artist reserves the right to decline commissions if they feel uncomfortable or the work does not align with their skills.

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once the rough sketch is completed.

Revision Policy: Five (5) free revisions are available during the sketch phase. Additional revisions will incur a 10% fee per revision. Major revisions, such as concept changes, character design alterations, or detailed clothing changes, will incur a fee of up to 100% of the commission fee.

Timeline: The artwork will be completed within 1–2 weeks. A 30% discount will be given if the artist fails to meet the deadline without at least 2 days' notice.

Work Queue: Each commission will be completed one by one, in the order they are received. Your commission will be placed in a waiting list, and the start and completion times will depend on the artist's current workload.

Artwork Specifications: The final digital artwork will be delivered in 3000 x 4000px (28.5 x 35.7cm) at 350 dpi, in both PNG and JPG formats.

Reference Requirement: Complete references, including images of characters and desired poses, are necessary for the commission. Text-only descriptions will not be accepted.

Art Style: The artist only accepts commissions in their art style. Requests for different or imitated styles will not be accepted. Please refer to the artist's portfolio for examples of their work.

Additional Details: Any additional details will be subject to extra charges ranging from 10% to 50% of commission price.

Watermark and Credit: The watermark on the artwork must not be edited, altered, or removed. Proper credit must be given to @cdlbs__ (X) or @cdlbs (IG) when showcasing the artwork.

Communication Protocol: The artist will provide regular updates on the progress of the artwork. If no updates are provided for 5 consecutive days, please contact the artist. All communication will take place via direct messages or email.

Confidentiality Agreement: Any sensitive information shared during the commission process will be kept confidential by both parties.

Copyright Protection: The artist retains full copyright of the commissioned artwork, including the right to display the artwork for promotional purposes. If the client requests the artwork to remain private, a private fee of 50% of the commission price will be applied.

Quality Assurance: The artist guarantees that the commissioned artwork will be of professional quality and meet the client's specifications to the best of their ability.

No Alteration without Consent: No alterations may be made to the artwork without the artist's permission.

Post-Completion Changes: Any changes requested after the artwork is delivered may incur additional fees and must be agreed upon by both parties.

Delivery Method: The final artwork will be delivered digitally via email and G-Drive, unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing clear feedback during the revision process and promptly responding to communication from the artist.
